Refund and cancellation policy :

• Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable,

• We have a detailed communication process in place for cancellation. 

• Any Cancellation request shall be entertained with a 24 hour notice to the respective teacher. Make up class shall be offered for cancellations with advance notice.

• Any cancellation in the 24 hour window before the scheduled meeting shall be 100% chargeable. However, our teachers and management would accept or decline refund or cancellation on a file to file basis based at their sole discretion.
